Puppy Path Privacy

Puppy Path is Canine Concepts’ puppy course, published by Utlyze, LLC. This page covers the Puppy Path website and mobile app. You buy the course on the website; the mobile app is a course companion and does not sell digital goods.

Accounts are for adults. Each adult signs in with a one-time code sent to their own email. We use email, first name and household membership to provide access and let invited adults share one puppy and progress record. We also keep account choices such as reminder and email preferences.

We keep the puppy details you enter, including name, birth or go-home dates, size and coat, so lessons open at the right time. Optional photos record progress and can appear on the certificate. We keep watched lessons, practice logs, badges, certificate details and check-in answers so the household can follow progress and Canine’s team can help.

Puppy Path asks permission before the first AI answer. If you allow Ask, the AI service receives your question, recent chat turns, your puppy’s stage, age, size band and coat type, and relevant course passages. We attempt to remove common contact details before sending, but removal is not guaranteed; avoid personal or sensitive information. We do not intentionally send your surname, email, address or payment details to the AI service. You can withdraw permission in Settings.

If you ask for a hand-off, Canine’s team receives the summary, course context and contact email you choose to share.

Website course purchases are processed through Stripe. Purchase and refund records support course access, receipts and refunds, and Canine’s tax and accounting needs. The mobile app does not take payments or sell digital goods.

We use services for hosting and database storage, private files and photos, video streaming, email and texts, website payments and AI chat. Each receives the data needed for its task. There are no ads or advertising and cross-site tracking code on the Puppy Path website or mobile app.

When you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days. Shared household progress can remain when one adult leaves. Payment and refund records remain for accounting. Limited delivery references may remain while an operator resolves provider and support-mailbox copies. Provider and backup retention follows applicable service and operational records.

Puppy Path accounts are for adults. Children under 18 do not hold accounts.

In the app or website, open Family, then Settings, then Delete account. If you own the household, you can close it or hand it to another adult. The flow explains what is removed and what remains. For help, email james@utlyze.com.
