This is a 2-minute way to say which work stays human and which Utlyze should run. Five questions. We email you the map.

  1. Money work / BusyworkWhat do customers pay you to do, and what admin buries it?Money work is the job they hired you for. Busywork is the typing, chasing, and filing that happens after the real work is done.
  2. Keep it humanWhat must always stay a person, never a machine talking for you?Some conversations change the relationship. Those should never come from an operator, even a careful one. Name the line you will not cross.
  3. The same thing every weekWhat do you repeat every week that does not need your judgment?If it looks the same on Monday as it did last Monday, it is usually not a job for the owner. The exception stays with you. The pattern can move.
  4. Prep workWhere do you spend most of the time getting ready for a short decision?Prep is the long setup. The call is the short yes. Owners often live in the setup and never get the hour back.
  5. The one hireIf you could hire one person tomorrow and never think about their job again, what would they take?This is the work you already know should not be yours. Name the job, and name how you would know it was done.
